Chasing Harvest (signed copy)
In Chasing Harvest, culinary wunderkind Kevin O’Connor charts his remarkable journey from California hometown teen prodigy to globe-trotting Chef-at-Large for international olive oil producer, Cobram Estate. Part memoir and journal, part cookbook (and wholly unique) it is both a visually sumptuous meditation on oil and flame and a gloriously unrefined account of a chef’s search for meaning - one plate of food at a time.

A note from the author
It would be inaccurate and unfair to say I started this book two years ago; this book really started when I dedicated my life to the kitchens well over a decade ago. I’m beyond happy to share all of these stories with most of you, and equally as scared to showcase a snippet of my life to anyone who may pick up this book.
There have been a lot of versions of Kevin over the years, and there will continue to be many more; i hope you enjoy the version that this book encapsulates. Thank you, everyone, for your support. Y’all are family now (if you weren’t already).
